Today was a cool breezy day so I rode my bike to the post office to mail a package from my jewelry business to the buyer. It was a wonderful ride and I enjoyed being out and about on this good day.

I’m combining my daily exercise with runs to the chemist for prescriptions for those who can’t get out- seems like a perfect combo?!
