Celebrate biking, safety, and community with a series of events hosted by BikeVC and local partners. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just starting out, there is something for everyone.

Bike Safety Fiesta Week Kickoff,  First Friday Open Studio
Bike Ventura HUB – 490 N Ventura Ave, Ventura, CA 93001
Help us kick off our week-long celebration of Avenue culture at the Bike Hub Shop. We’re joining ‘First Friday Open Studios’ with unique ‘Bike Art’ on display, refreshments, and a raffle featuring local art and other giveaways to support our shop. No registration necessary.

Youth Skill & Family Bike Rodeo
Community Outreach Center  –  767 N Ventura Ave, Ventura, CA 93001
Learn together and ride with confidence! A fun all-ages event with bike obstacle courses, and bike safety education. Featuring free helmets, a helmet decorating station, helmet fittings, complimentary food, and the unveiling of the new BikeVC traffic garden. No registration necessary.

AM Coffee Roll – Community Ride
Begin at the Ventura Bike Hub  –  490 N Ventura Ave, Ventura, CA 93001
An all-ages ride throughout the Westside to learn more about our how to enjoy our Westside bike routes and meet other local bike enthusiasts. We’ll end the ride at Singing Sun for free coffee and community. Be prepared for a flat, 2-mile throughout the Westside. No registration necessary.

Taco Tuesday – Community Wrench Night

Brew Pop-Up- Community Wrench Night
Ventura Coast Brewery  –  76 S Oak St, Ventura, CA 93001
It’s thirsty Thursday and another great opportunity to meet fellow bike enthusiasts and tune your bike. Get there early and score a free beer. Free to attend and tune up! No registration necessary.

Easy Rider Community Ride – Avenue Special 
Begin at Museum of Ventura County  –  100 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93001
BikeVC & Channel Islands Bike Club have partnered up for this bi-monthly, all-ages and all-skill levels ride in the local area. This is typically a 12-mile ride. No registration necessary. For more information about our Easy Rider events visit:  Easy Rider 

Saturday, September 13   |   6:00 to 9:00 PM Ventura Electric Parade Begin at the Ventura Pier Light up your bike with BikeVC! We’ll join John Queen’s monthly Electric Bike Parade to help us conclude Vibe and Ride Week. This is an informal, all-ages ride provides fun and safety in large numbers as we ride through Downtown Ventura. No registration necessary. For more information visit: Facebook Link
